What This Session Is This session combines Sekhem Egyptian energy healing with a personal, interactive spiritual journey, similar to a guided meditation. It’s an opportunity to explore spiritual connection, work through something personal, or experience energy in a way you may not have before. We begin with approximately 30 minutes of Sekhem energy work. Sekhem is a high-vibrational form of energy healing that I use to support emotional release, spiritual awareness, and personal growth. Then I'll gently bring you back just enough to move into the next part of our session. This is where things can get interesting. This part is a conversation, not just me talking while you listen. I'll guide you, but I also want to hear what you're seeing, feeling, or noticing along the way. We'll explore what comes up together. Some experiences are quiet and subtle. Others can feel surprisingly powerful. There's no script or particular outcome we're trying to force. How It Works We meet live, one-on-one through Zoom. We'll start with a brief conversation, then you'll get comfortable for the energy work. Afterward, we'll move into the interactive journey and leave time to talk about your experience. About Distance Energy Work In this practice, energy work isn't considered limited by physical distance. Our time together can feel meaningful whether we're in the same city or across the world. This work isn't tied to any particular religion or belief system and can sit alongside your own faith or spiritual path. Important Information Sessions are booked online and held live through Zoom. In-person sessions are available by referral only. This session is intended for personal reflection and wellness support.
